Meet Bettina la Cour Lynn – Founder of The Sage and Clover

The Sage and Clover opened its doors in December 2016.
It has been a dream for founder Bettina la Cour Lynn to create an Organic whole foods shop in her small country town Glen Innes in Northern NSW.
She wanted to give back to her community and create a place that could bring the local community together and offer a full range of nutritious food to her town.
Bettina was born in Denmark and have lived half her life in Denmark and the other half in Australia proudly holding citizenship in both of her two favourite countries. Growing up in Denmark she was surrounded by water and forest so it was not a surprise that she fell in love with the bush when first arriving in Glen Innes as a backpacker in 1987.
She holds registration in NSW and Denmark as a ‘Non-Practicing Registered nurse’ and is currently studying a Diploma in Nutrition.
Married to Philip, her best friend and together they have 2 adult children. A very close family filled with a lot of love, respect and fun.
Her love for nutritious food and her passion – ‘To help people’ was easily combined into her business purpose – TO HELP PEOPLE LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE!
Bettina wants to feel connected to her customers, and her Team are dedicated to do the same.
